Goulash

Ingredients

  • 1 lb.ground beef
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 3 cups large elbow macaroni
  • 1 can (1lb 12 oz.) tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1/4 tsp tobasco

Preparation

Step 1

Saute ground beef and onions until lightly browned. Drain, add tomatoes, sugar, and seasonings to meat. Mix thoroughly. Simmer over low heat for about 1 hour. Cook macaroni as package directs, add to meat and tomato mixture.
