Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 lb powder sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips
- 2 Tbsp shortening

Step 1
Line pan with waxed paper. Mix peanut butter, butter, vanilla and sugar with hands to form a smooth dough. Mixture will be stiff. Shape into 3/4" balls, place on waxed paper and refrigerate. In double broiler, melt chocolate and shortening together. Dip balls into chocolate so that they are 3/4 covered. Return to waxed paper, chocolate side down. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
