  • 1 golden cake mix
  • 1 package vanilla cooked pudding(160g)
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 tsp grated orange rind
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1-28 oz can sliced peaches drained
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen drained raspberries
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 package oetker whip it

Step 1

bake cake according to package directions in a 9x13"baking pan.cool.cut into 1" cubes to make 5 cups.cook pudding according to package directions,using 3 cups milk.cool 5 minutes.combine orange rind and juice.reserve a few slices of peaches andraspberries for garnish.to prepare trifle,use 2 quart serving bowl.arrange half the cake cubes in bottom of bowl.drizzle with half the orange juice mixture and half the fruit.spoon half the pudding over top.repeat layers.cool slightly.beat cream with whip it until stiff peaks form..spread over top of trifle.garnish with reserved fruit.chill until serving time ,at least 1 hour or overnight.
