FREEZER GREEN TOMATO JAM

this can be cut in 1/2 (2 1/2 c tomato, 1 3/4-2 c sugar or splenda & 1 pkg jello)

Ingredients

  • 5 c. chopped green tomatoes
  • 4 c. sugar
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. raspberry Jello

Preparation

Step 1

Boil tomatoes and sugar for 15 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in Jello until dissolved. Put in jars and freeze
