Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter, melted and some extra for greasing pan.
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 T water
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 8 fun-size snickers bars, chilled in frig

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat over 350. Grease 9x13 cake pan with butter.
Beat butter, sugar, add eggs one at time, then stir in 2 T water and the vanilla. Sprinkle the salt and powder over the mix, then beat in, do the same with cocoa. Finally stir in flour until blended.
Put the snickers in a blender and pulse on low speed till coarsley crumbled. Fold into batter.
Bake 30 mins till center is set but not squisy and top starts to crack, cool completely before cutting.
