Ingredients

  • Icing:
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 15 oz can pumpkin
  • 1 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 6 tbsp butter, softened
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 4 cups powdered sugar

Step 1

For squares:

Preheat oven to 350*. Mix all ingredients together and bake for 25-35 minutes.

For icing:

Mix cream cheese and butter. Blend in vanilla and powdered sugar until smooth, 1 cup at a time. Spread on cooled squares.
