Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1 T water
  • 2 T sugar
  • 1 T flour
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 large apples, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
  • 2 T raisins
  • 1/2 of a 17.3 oz PF Puff Pastry Sheet
  • Conf. sugar

Preparation

Step 1

375 Beat egg and water. Stir in seperate bowl, sugar, flour, cinnamon in med. bowl. Add apples and raisins to toss.
Unfold sheet on lightly floured surface. Roll into 16 x 12" rectangle. With the short side facing you, spoon the mixture onto the bottom half of sheet to within 1" Roll up like a jelly roll. Place seam-side down of baking sheet. Tuck ends under to seal. Brush with egg mixture. Cut several slits in the top of pastry.
Bake 35 mins or till golden. Cool on wire rack in pan for 20 mins. Sprinkle with conf. sugar.
