BRAN MUFFINS

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb Butter or Margarine (creamed)
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1 qt Buttermilk
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 5 cups Flour (all purpose)
  • 2 cups boiling Water
  • 5 tsp Baking Soda
  • 4 cups All Bran
  • 2 cups Bran Flakes

Preparation

Step 1

Cream Butter, add next 6 ingredients and mix slowly, add
Water and Baking Soda. Stir in Brans.
Refrigerate Batter and use as needed.
Bake in 375 deg. oven for 30 mins.
