Ingredients
- 1 cup toasted oat cereal
- 1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup whole unsalted almonds
- 1/2 cup wheat germ
- 1/2 cup shelled unsalted sunflower seeds
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp almond extract
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325 F. In a large bowl, stir together first 7 ingredients. In a medium bowl, use medium speed of an electric mixer to beat remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour honey mixture over dry ingredients, stirring until well-coated. Spread evenly on a greased baking sheet. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until brown. Cool completely in pan. Break into pieces. Store in an airtight container.
