Ingredients
- 2 boxes confectioners' sugar
- 1/2 lb. candied cherries, quartered
- 1 can Eagle Brand condensed milk
- 7 oz. pkg flaked coconut
- 1 stick butter, softened
- 3 cups finely chopped pecans
- 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 square paraffin
Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients together with hands. rubber gloves work well. Form into 1/2 inch balls. Set aside. I freeze on cookie sheet and dip frozen balls later.
Heat 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips and 1 square paraffin in top of double boiler. Dip balls. Let dry on waxed paper. Can be frozen.
