Preparation

Step 1

Saute the turkey, onion, garlic, celery, carrots and zucchini together. Add Adobo, garlic powder, salt, pepper, onion powder. Few shakes of Fish Sauce (salty so use sparingly)

Add some already cooked veggies - Green beans, carrots.

Drizzle with Oyser Sauce (I used Sweet Soy sauce last time as there was no Oyster sauce)

Add Thai Basil (to taste)
Add Chili Sauce
Sprinkle with beef bullion (cube or package)
Add water
Sprinkle with Chili powder

Bring to boiling. Reduce heat to simmer & cover. Cook about 20 minutes. There should be a broth but it should not be watery. Adjust if necessary.

Serve over rice.

*Optional:
Sprinkle with Cayenne Pepper to taste for more heat.
