Ham & Scalloped Potato Casserole

Ingredients

  • Sauce:
  • 6 medium to large potatoes
  • Medium Onion sliced
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Small Ham
  • 1/3 Cup Miracle Whip
  • 2 TBSP Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Prepare Potatoes:
Cook in microwave on high until you can pierce with a knife but not too much that you can't slice once cooled. Peel & Slice thinly.

Slice Ham thinly.

Combine sauce & whisk until smooth.

Pour 1/2 the sauce into a greased baking dish and then layer with potatoes, onions, ham & salt & pepper to taste. Pour remainder of sauce over ham. Cover & bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees & then 10 minutes uncovered.
