Ingredients

  • Dipping Sauce:
  • 1 can 8oz. water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 cup thinley sliced green onions w/tops
  • 1/4 cup grated carrots
  • 1 tsp. peeled and grated fresh gingerroot
  • 1 can 10oz chunk white chicken, drained and flaked
  • 1 T reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 1 egg white, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat mayo
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 24 square wonton wrappers
  • EVOO
  • 1/2 cup red jalapeno jello
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 T reduced sodium soy sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients well. Fill wrappers and close into various shapes, Pyramid, Ruffle, Candy Wrapper, Envelope, using water to seal.
Lightly spray, bake 12-15 mins or till golden brown.
Remove and cool on rack.

Dipping Sauce:
Microwave jelly 40 seconds or till warm, whisk in vinegar and soy sauce.
