Ingredients
- Dipping Sauce:
- 1 can 8oz. water chestnuts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup thinley sliced green onions w/tops
- 1/4 cup grated carrots
- 1 tsp. peeled and grated fresh gingerroot
- 1 can 10oz chunk white chicken, drained and flaked
- 1 T reduced sodium soy sauce
- 1 egg white, lightly beaten
- 1/4 cup reduced fat mayo
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 24 square wonton wrappers
- EVOO
- 1/2 cup red jalapeno jello
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 T reduced sodium soy sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients well. Fill wrappers and close into various shapes, Pyramid, Ruffle, Candy Wrapper, Envelope, using water to seal.
Lightly spray, bake 12-15 mins or till golden brown.
Remove and cool on rack.
Dipping Sauce:
Microwave jelly 40 seconds or till warm, whisk in vinegar and soy sauce.
