Toasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

  • 2 cups pumpkin or squash seeds
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tbsp salad oil

Preparation

Step 1

Separate fiber from pumpkin or squash seeds. Sprinkle salt on rimmed cookie sheet. Arrange seeds on salt in single layer. Drizzle with salad oil. Bake at 300 F for 45 to 50 minutes or until crisp and brown; stir occasionally. Cool. Store in dry place.
