Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 2 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
- 3 cups flaked coconut
- semi-sweet choco chips for dipping
Preparation
Step 1
Mix butter, confectioners' sugar and coconut. Shape into mounds or balls or whatever shape you desire. Let dry a bit.
Dip in melted semi-sweet chocolate chips or white chocolate. Let dry on cookie sheet with waxed paper.
