Ingredients

  • 1 very ripe mango
  • 2 cups of fresh, natural soy milk made with the SoyQuick Automatic Soymilk MakerT
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 4 - 6 ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • optional mint for garnish

Step 1

Remove pip and skin from the mango. Spoon mango fruit into a blender and add soy milk, lemon juice, ice and honey. Blend until thick and smooth. Pour into glasses and serve garnished with mint.
