Red-Onion Topped Potatoes

  • 3 large potatoes
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 cup romano cheese
  • 3/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tsp garlic



Step 1

Heat oven to 375*.

Bake potatoes 1 hour.

Cut potatoes lengthwise in half. Score tops crisscross fashion. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.

Mix remaining ingredients. Divide mix among potatoes. Press into scores and on top of each potato.

Bake 5-10 minutes.
