Un-Salmon Loaf

Ingredients

  • 1 cup tomato juice
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 cup soy flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp onion salt

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Whirl ingredients in blender until smooth and pour into floured baking dish. Bake about 40 minutes until tan crust forms. Cool and turn onto a platter. Serve hot or cold as a main dish with sauce. Use sliced for sandwiches. This particular dish keeps nicely refrigerated for reuse or reheating but does not freeze well.
