Potato Casserole

  • 6 Potatoes (I like to use red-skin)
  • 1/2 Tspn Salt
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Shredded Cheddar
  • 1/4 Cup of Green Onion (approximately)
  • 1/4 Cup of Butter Melted



Step 1

Preheat oven to 425. Boil Potatoes until slightly firm (soft but not falling apart) Mix all ingredients and potatoes in a large bowl and put into a buttered baking pan (8x8). Melt butter and pour over the top. Bake for approximately 25 minutes. Serves about 4-6 people.
