Ingredients
- 12 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup goat cheese (6 oz package) softened
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- Sundried Tomatoes (bagged version only)
- Prepared Pesto Sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Blend together in food processor or blender till smooth.
Line a 5-6 cup bowl with plactic wrap. Spread half the mixture in bowl, add pesto, add remaining mixture. Refrigerate 24 hours.
Uncover and invert onto serving dish. Cover with chopped sundried tomatoes. Serve with baguettes.
