Ingredients

• 1 cup vinegar
• 2 cups water
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 about 2 tbsp pickling spices-tie in a piece of chees cloth

Preparation

Step 1

boil above ingredients together for 5 minutes.remove pickling spices.pour over cook,peeled and sliced beets.
if canning process jars in canner for 25 minutes.
