• rhubarb
• flour
• sugar
• 1 egg beaten
• pie crust

Preparation

Step 1

wash rhubarb and cut up finely.in a bowl mix rhubarb with enough flour to thicken and enough sugar to sweeten.put in pie shell.pour beaten egg over mixture in pie shell.
bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes or until done
