- 1 pound sugar
- 3 cups brandy
- 2 quarts fruit

Mix together. Let stand, covered, in cool place )or refrigerate at least 3 days) For each pound of fruil added, add at least 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup brandy. These amounts can be adjusted to taste.
