Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Mrs Dash Onion and Herb Blend
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb snow peas, trimmed
- 4 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 4 tsp minced shallots
- 2 tbsp slivered, unsalted oven-toasted almonds
Preparation
Step 1
Warm olive oil in a small saute pan.
Increase heat to medium and add snow peas. Add a few drops of water while tossing quickly.
Cook about 3 to 4 minutes, leaving snow peas crisp.
Add lemon juice and toss again.
Spoon onto a plate, sprinkle with shallots, almonds and Mrs Dash Onion and Herb Blend. Drizzle 1 tbsp of cooking juices over snow peas.
