Mexican Chili Soup

Ingredients

  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 (28 oz.) plum tomatoes
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 ( 4oz.) can diced green chilies
  • 1 lb. can pinto beans
  • 1 ( 15 oz.) can garbanzo beans
  • 1 1/2 cup cooked chicken, diced
  • 2 cups cooked macaroni

Preparation

Step 1

Heat chicken broth and tomatoes just to boiling; immediately reduce heat.
Add onion, garlic and green chilies, simmer for 1 hour.
Add beans, chicken and macaroni, simmer 20 mins.

Note; Serve with corn tortillas
