Ingredients
- 4-6 Chicken Thighs, boiled
- 1 can cream of chicken + 1/2 can water
- 1 can cream of mushroom + 1/2 can water
- 1 can rotel
- 1 bag doritoes
- grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Boil the chicken till done, then pull from bones. In a bowl, mix rotel, cream of chicken and cream of mushroom. Add chicken.
In 13x9 baking dish, spread layer of chips. Pour chicken/soup mixture on top. Top with cheese and bake at 400 till cheese melts.
