11/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" pieces
1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
1 tsp salt
1 cup flour
3/4 cup beer
8 pepperoncini peppers (optional)
Toss chicken with 11/2tsp Cajun seasoning and 1/2 tsp salt. In large bowl, whisk flour, beer and remaining Cajun seasoning and salt. Toss chicken and peppers in batter and coat completely. Fry until cooked.
