- 11/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into 1" pieces
- 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup flour
- 3/4 cup beer
- 8 pepperoncini peppers (optional)
Toss chicken with 11/2tsp Cajun seasoning and 1/2 tsp salt. In large bowl, whisk flour, beer and remaining Cajun seasoning and salt. Toss chicken and peppers in batter and coat completely. Fry until cooked.
