Cherry Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 pint milk
  • 3-1/2 cups flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pint cherries

Step 1

1. Beat eggs; add milk and then flour, butter, salt, baking powder and cherries.
2. Grease double boiler. Bake for 3 hours in double boiler and do not remove lid.
