Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon soda
- 4 egg yolks, beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 4 egg whites, stiffly beaten
Preparation
Step 1
Sift dry ingredients into bowl, then add milk all at once, and egg yolks, beat together until light. Fold into prepared egg whites.
Bake in Ableskiver pan with small amount of oil and serve hot or cold. Also good rolled in sugar.
