Ingredients
- 1 10.75-ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 10.75-ounce can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup dry white wine or chicken stock
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 can diced mushrooms, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 F. In a bowl, mix together both soups, wine or stock, sour cream, mushrooms, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour mixture into a glass baking dish. Put chicken breasts on top of mixture. Bake in oven for 1 hour. Servings: 6.
