Ingredients

2Cups2 Cups sugar
1Cup1 Cup Buttermilk
1tsp.1 tsp. baking soda
1T.1 T. Light corn syrup

2 1/2Cups2 1/2 Cups pecans
1T.1 T. vanilla
1/4Cup1/4 Cup butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 4 ingredients in sauce pan
MEDIUM heat to
soft ball (250*)

Remove from heat.

Add next 3 ingredients.
Let set until butter melts.

THEN stir until mixture thickens.

Drop by Tablespoons onto wax paper.
