Turkey Breakfast Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground or shredded turkey
  • 1/2 small onion, finely diced
  • 1/4 tsp. each: cumin, marjoram, black pepper, oregano, cayenne pepper, ginger
  • 1/2 . tsp. each: dried basil, thyme, sage
  • 2 tsp. sea salt
  • 2 Tbsp. Mary’s Gone Crackers, crushed
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. raw or organic butter

Preparation

Step 1

Sauté onions in 1 Tbsp. Butter until soft and translucent.
Combine all ingredients (except remaining but.ter) in a large bowl
Form into patties and cook in remaining butter
