- 3 eggs
- 4-6 tables. butter
- 1 tables. vanilla

- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup crushed pecans
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup brown sugar

Preparation
Step 1
peel boil and mash potatoes in mixer with eggs butter and vanilla
bake covered in 9x13 long pan 30 min.then
in small bowl mix ;
1 cup crushed pecans
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 stick butter melted
sprinkle over cooked potatoes and bake uncovered 15 min
