350degrees 30 min covered then 15 min uncovered

Ingredients

• 6-8 lg. sweet potatoes
• 3 eggs
• 4-6 tables. butter
• 1 tables. vanilla
• topping
• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup crushed pecans
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 cup brown sugar

Preparation

Step 1

peel boil and mash potatoes in mixer with eggs butter and vanilla
bake covered in 9x13 long pan 30 min.then

in small bowl mix ;
1 cup crushed pecans
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup flour
1 stick butter melted
sprinkle over cooked potatoes and bake uncovered 15 min
