Ingredients
- 40 saltine crackers
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Line large cookie sheet with quick-release foil and crackers. Bring butter and brown sugar to boil in saucepan for 5 minutes. Pour over crackers, coating evenly. Bake 5 minutes till bubbly. Watch closely. Spread chocolate chips over evenly. Cool completely, breaking into pieces after cooling. Store in air tight container.
