Ingredients

  • 1 cup lukewarm water (120-130)
  • 1 envelope rapid rise
  • 1 envelope rapid rise yeast
  • 3 cups pizza flour if possible
  • 1 Tsp salt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

If using Rapid rise yeast follow directions on envelope. Mix all dry ingredients together then add water and olive oil.

Mix together then knead for 4-5 minutes until very smooth

make into a ball and coat with oil, put in warm bowl and cover with towel or scran wrap. let it rise until almost double.

Then using 1/2 of the ball for thin crust (makes 2 crusts)

Put Toppings on

Cook at 425 for 15-20 min.
