RAVIOLI DOUGH

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 4 cups sifted flour
  • 1/4 cup water (or a little more, if needed)
  • 1/4 cup oil

Preparation

Step 1


Sift flour into medium sized mixing bowl; form a well, place eggs and water into well and beat lightly.
Gradually mix flour and eggs by hand. When dough mixture becomes moderately stiff and can be rolled out, turn it onto a lightly floured board. Knead well. Cut dough into short strips and roll into sheets with machine.

Cook 8 to 10 minutes.
