Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tapioca
- 1/4 cup sweet sorghum
- 1/3 cup white rice flour
- 1/3 cup brown rice flour
- 3/4 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp xanthan gum
- 1/2 cup pumpkin
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons melted butter

Preparation
Step 1
Cream together sugar, eggs, and butter. Mix in pureed pumpkin.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl including the salt. Mix well.
Stir together wet and dry ingredients.
Bake for about 12 minutes on 350.
