PEANUTTY CHICKEN HORS d’OEUVRES

Ingredients

  • 1 Chicken boneless, skinless, breast
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 Tbs. corn starch
  • 1/2 tsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Cup finely chopped peanuts
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 1 quart Mazola corn oil

Preparation

Step 1

Partially freeze chicken for easy slicing.

Slice chicken diagonally into thin slices.

In medium bowl lightly beat egg white.

Gradually stir I corn starch, salt sugar and soy sauce until smooth.

Add chicken, stir well to coat.

Stir peanuts and sesame seeds together in pie plate.

Add chicken pieces a few at a time to coat on both sides.

Dry on waxed paper while coating remainder.

Fry 375* few at a time.
About 1-2 minutes
