No reason to have your vegetables be fancy when you're running low on time. This recipe for Sautéed Asparagus is so simple that you can memorize it.
- 1 bunch asparagus
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- 1 lemon; juiced

Wash asparagus, and remove woody ends. Break off end just above tough part. Dry asparagus.
Heat olive oil in skillet to medium high. Add asparagus, and sauté until crisp-tender.
Sprinkle with lemon juice, and serve.
