Reeses Chew Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients

• 2 cups AP flour
• 3/4 cup unsweet cocoa powder
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 2 1/2 sticks of butter @room temp
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 eggs @room temp
• 2 tsp. vanilla
• 1 1/2 pkgs. reeses chips
• Oven to 350F

Preparation

Step 1

Sift together the dry ingredients. Cream the butter and sugar together until light and fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, scraping down the bowl after each addition. Then add the vanilla. Ad flour to the mixture. By hand mix in the peanut butter chips. Place on a cookie sheet in desired size (about a tsp. full) and bake 8-9 min.
