Chocolate Fondue

I love to dip angel food cake, bananas, and other goodies in this.

Ingredients

  • 6 ounces unsweetened chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup half and half
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

Step 1

In a saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat. Add sugar, half and half, butter and salt.

Cook for 5 minutes, until thick.
