Marinade (Veggies or Meat)

Ingredients

  • 1/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/4 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 3 Tbs fresh lime juice
  • 2 Tbs water
  • 2 Tbs chopped cilantro
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1 & 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp Peruvian Chile Lime
  • Sriracha chili sauce to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in ziploc bag, mix well. Add meat or veggies. Marinate overnight or for @ least several hours.
