Bacon & Egg Skillet

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. bacon
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. milk
  • 9 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1-2 tsp Pizza seasoning
  • 15 oz. can diced tomatoes, well-drained
  • 2 c. shredded cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Fry bacon & set aside. Drain most of fat from pan; add onions & cook until golden.
In mixing bowl, beat milk & eggs together. Stir in seasoning. Crumble bacon & add to bowl along with tomatoes & onions. Pour into baking dish, sprinkle with cheese & bake 30-40 min. until done.
