Italian Green Beans

  • 4 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Spread, divided
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 1 (16 ounce) bag frozen cut green beans, thawed
  • 1/4 cup Italian-seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Melt 2 tbsp Shedd's Spread Country Crock Spread in 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook garlic, stirring frequently, 1 minute. Stir in frozen cut green beans and cook, stirring occasionally, until heated through, about 2 minutes.

Turn into 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole. Combine remaining 2 tbsp of Spread, melted, bread crumbs and cheese in small bowl, then sprinkle over green beans. Broil 1 minute or until golden.
