Raspberry Freezer Jam

Ingredients

  • 3 cups mashed berries
  • 5 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1 package powdered pectin

Preparation

Step 1

Combine berries and sugar. Let stand about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir the pectin into the water, bring to boiling; boil rapidly for 1 minute, stirring the pectin-water mixture constantly. Pour over the berries and stir about 2 minutes. Pour into freezer containers. Cover and let stand at room temperature for 24 hours. Store in freezer.
