Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups shredded sharp process American cheese
- 1 1/2 tbsp parsley flakes
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 1 tsp seasoned pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp hot sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Alternate layers of rice and cheese in a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish, ending with cheese on top. Sprinkle with parsley. Mix remaining ingredients; pour over layers. Cover; chill several hours or overnight. Bake at 325 F for 45 minutes, or until firm. Allow to stand about 15 minutes; cut in squares.
