  • 1/2 cup flaxseed
  • 1 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Grind flaxseed to a fine powder.Add water,whisk until completely combined.
The egg substitute can be used immediately,but it has a more egg-like consistency when allowed to sit for about 10 min.Keep refrigerated for up to 3 days.
