Peas and Rice

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 Tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Cook 1 cup rice in 2 cups chicken broth, covered for 20 minutes. Stir in 1 cup peas, 1/4 cup chopped parsley, 1 Tablespoon butter, and 1/4 teaspoon pepper. Cook until hot.
