Cowboy Beans

Ingredients

  • 3 strips bacon, diced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • Seasonings to taste
  • 2 15 oz. cans baked beans
  • 1 can black beans, drained & rinsed
  • 1 c. corn or kernels from 2-3 ears

Preparation

Step 1

In large pan, cook bacon until crispy & remove. Add onion & cook 4-5 min. until soft. Drain off excess drippings. Add beans & crumble in the bacon. Reduce heat & simmer on low for 15 min. Add corn during final 5 min.
